When will the Environmental Photo Festival take place?
The 15th »horizons zingst« Environmental Photo Festival will take place from May 20 to May 29, 2022.
When do the live presentation at the Multimediahalle take place and when can I book them?
The live presentations at the Multimediahalle will take place at 20:00 every evening, from May 20 to 29, 2022. These events can be booked as of March 1, 2022, online at zingst.de or on location at the Kurhaus Zingst.
When can I book the photography workshops?
As of March 1, 2022, the program of workshops can be booked online.
Where is it possible to borrow photography equipment?
Every day from 8:00 – 18:00 at the Max Hünten Haus. A reservation must be made at: max@zingst.de
How can you get to Zingst on public transport?
By train to Barth or Ribnitz-Damgarten, and then taking the bus line No. 210 to Zingst. Choose the bus stop closest to your accommodation.
Is there a shuttle service for visitors, or how do I get from A to B in Zingst without a car?
We recommend renting a bicycle or using the electric Darßbahn.
What does “flood of images” mean?
Every evening, reactions to the exhibitions, interviews with photographers, workshop results, and daily impressions are projected on a 70m2 screen on the beach next to the Seebrücke.
How can I book accommodation?
We recommend looking for accommodation at zingst.de.
Where can you park in Zingst?
There is parking in the centre of town for shopping, as well as at the beach parking lot. With 2200 parking spots, there is plenty of room to park a car in town. Whether car, camper or bus, you can always find the right spot to park.
Are there parking lots with electric charging points?
Zingst has two parking lots (the Experimentarium and the Müggenburger Weg – Seenotstation parking lots), which can be used all year round, 24/7. Electric cars can park free for four hours while charging.
Where is there free wifi in Zingst?
The Max Hünten Haus, the Kurhaus and the Kurhaus Platz are equipped with wifi.
